The Jewish Federation of Omaha and the Center for Jewish Education are excited to offer your family a wonderful opportunity. JLand is a state of the art, online virtual world that provides Jewish children between the ages of four and eight with an exciting, fun educational experience that includes traditional subject matters such as math, reading, and cognitive skills PLUS promoting Jewish identity and heritage. JLand will even allow children from our community to safely communicate with Israeli children in our community's Partnership with Israel region in the Western Galilee. In fact, Compedia, the company that created JLand is providing a free subscription to one child in the Western Galilee for every registered child in the United States!
In JLand, your kids will discover numerous fun and engaging, yet educational games and puzzles that teach about Jewish tradition, Jewish Holidays and History, about Israel - the Land and the State, and the Hebrew language. In JLand, children go out on adventures and discover a magical world in a safe, closed internet environment, with parental control features. We invite you to take a look at JLand and see for yourself how engaging and fun it is!
